Return Authorization (REQUIRED)
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to sending any items back.

Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions & Requirements:
Items must be returned clean, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (this includes any tags, inserts, accessories, or promotional materials included with your order).
Items must be returned within 10 days of the original delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee:
Shipping costs are refundable ONLY if we made an error with your order (such as shipping the wrong item) or if there is a verified defect in the product.
In all other cases, including returns due to customer preference, sizing, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order amount (including any sales tax) will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned merchandise.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer (unless the return is due to our error or product defect).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected return shipments.
